Committee Purpose: To develop technical and social programs for members in New Mexico, to continue to provide a regular forum for exchanging technical ideas and information, and to offer Rocky Mountain AWWA-WEA Section members in New Mexico an opportunity to develop personal as well as professional relationships through a program of social activities.
Committee Responsibilities: Continue to provide a regular forum for exchanging technical ideas and information among its members. Offer Rocky Mountain AWWA and WEA members in New Mexico an opportunity to develop personal as well as professional relationships through a program of social activities. Enhance the visibility of AWWA and WEA in the professional, educational, and public arenas to encourage membership and involvement. Serve as water and wastewater educational resource in New Mexico. Promote the importance of water resources in our environment. Maintain and enhance the working relationship within the Rocky Mountain associations.

NM Water for People (WFP) Committee Meetings: All New Mexico members are welcome to attend the NM Water of People committee meetings. Committee meetings are held monthly. A schedule will be provided as soon as the schedule is set.
