Proposed Bylaws
Explanation of Markups
The RMSAWWA Section Guidelines require
that the Section Bylaws be reviewed every three years, and that changes
be proposed “as necessary for the good of the section and as needed to
conform to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of National AWWA”.
This year, the membership present at the Annual Business Meeting at the
Annual Section Conference in Colorado Springs will vote on proposed
revisions. If approved by a two-thirds majority of those present, the
revisions will then be passed on to the National Board of Directors for
final approval.
